Breaking the Cycle:Healing from Emotionally Unavailable Mothers

A 4-Week Group Container

If you grew up with an emotionally unavailable mother, you likely learned to adapt by silencing your needs, managing others’ emotions, and doubting your inner voice.

This 4-week container is a grounded, IFS-informed space to understand those patterns at the root — not to fix yourself, but to gently rebuild self-trust from the inside out.

Together, we explore the parts of you that learned to survive, make space for the emotions you were never allowed to feel, and begin relating to yourself with clarity and compassion.

This is depth work for women ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and break the cycle for good.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

As a Internal Family Systems (IFS)practitioner our sessions focus on working with the internal roles and emotional patterns that formed early to keep you safe, connected, and approved. Rather than staying at the level of insight or conversation, we work directly with your inner experience — including the body, to understand how these parts show up in real time. This allows us to move beyond talking about patterns and begin relating to them differently.

In our work together, you’ll learn how to recognize and untangle protective roles, build a more trusting relationship with your inner world, and develop self-compassion where there has been tension, confusion, or self-criticism.

This work supports the rebuilding of self-trust from the inside out — not through force or change, but through attuned listening, clarity, and connection with your internal system.

1:1 sessions are a focused, contained space for depth-oriented work that honors your pace and nervous system.
