I’m Vevian, a trauma-informed mental health coach.

I’ve been a coach for over ten years and have held private and small-group plant medicine journeys for over six years.

Safety, support, and guidance are most important to connect and heal through trauma. My retreats consist of only myself and three women, ensuring intimacy, safety, and connection. During this 6-night, 7-day, you will feel held, seen, and heard as you open your heart and connect with parts of you that have been pushed aside, abandoned, and dismissed.

As you embark on one of the most transformational weeks of your life, you will:
