Inner Wisdom: A look inside my 6th retreat.

Last week, I held my 6th retreat in the lush jungle of Costa Rica with these three beautiful women. This was the most powerful plant medicine journey I ever held space for. A force came through me to help facilitate and guide these three women to fully be present with their emotions as I worked with their bodies, massaging, shaking, and penetrating energy to heal trauma and suppressed emotions stored in their bodies. 

In the sacred space we co-created, these courageous women unleashed guttural screams and cathartic cries as they faced the deep-seated trauma and emotions long confined within them. 

The journey was threefold:

🌵San Pedro, with its gentle wisdom, opened their hearts, grounding them in the present moment and nurturing a profound connection with their own bodies.

🍄Psilocybin, a benevolent ally, tenderly cracked open their souls, allowing them to surrender to their emotions and confront deep-seated wounds and traumas that had resided in their hearts for far too long.

✨The LSD experience ignited a radiant fire of knowledge, curiosity, and playful energy, setting their spirits ablaze with newfound awareness.

However, it was not solely the magic of the plant medicines that worked wonders; it was the vulnerability, the tears, the laughter, and the unbreakable bond that formed between these three extraordinary women. Strangers, just a week prior, became pillars of strength for one another, touching my heart profoundly.

As they leave this sacred space, these incredible women carry a newfound sense of grounding, lightness, openness, and self-connection. They understand that the real work begins when they return to their everyday lives.

I am horned to provide this nurturing sanctuary for profound healing and transformation.
