Former Elder shares his story
John was the son of a presiding overseer. He was baptized at 12, pioneered, became a ministerial servant, and married at 23. John then became an elder, serving where the need was great in Mexico and the sign language congregation. He started having doubts at a very young age, but it wasn’t until covid happened when he got to sit with his thoughts that things became clear.
